Our RCC Pipes are Reinforced Cement Concrete(RCC) pipes that are manufactured using a vertical vibration casting method. 1. Introduction to RCC Vertical Cast Pipes

  • Vertical Casting Process: In the vertical casting method, the pipe mold is placed vertically, and the concrete mix is poured from the top while the mold is rotated. This ensures that the concrete mix is evenly distributed, with the reinforcement steel positioned correctly to handle both internal and external stresses.
  • Manufacturing Method: The process involves placing steel reinforcement cages inside vertical molds, followed by the controlled pouring of concrete. The mold is then vibrated to ensure the mixture settles, reducing air pockets and achieving the desired density.

  • Step 1: Preparing the Mold: The vertical mold, usually made from steel or other durable materials, is cleaned and lubricated to allow easy removal of the pipe once the concrete has set.
